Pre-order items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. Due to the situation with COVID-19, there may be additional shipping delays.

If you order any other products from the shop, they will be shipped or ready for pickup when these pre-order items arrive.

When we receive the items- they will be shipped or ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You will receive a pickup notification email.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
