FAQ's
Do you offer local pickup?
- Yes! Local pickup is FREE.
- We currently offer local pickup for Welland, Dunnville, and Grimsby.
- When checking out, select the Local Pickup option.
- If you would like pickup in Grimsby or Dunnville YOU MUST SPECIFY THE LOCATION IN YOUR ORDER NOTES. If you do not specify, your order will be marked for pickup in Welland.
- Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email with the pickup address and pickup instructions.
- All pickups are done via schedule time slots.
- Please DO NOT show up without a schedule time slot to pickup your order. If you do this, you may not be able to pickup your order that day.
What locations do you ship to?
- We currently ship only within Canada and to the USA.
- Please note American customers are responsible for additional duties and taxes that are accrued after shipment en route to the address.
Am I able to change my order after it has been submitted?
- Email us immediately if there is an issue with your order (lionheartkidscompany@gmail.com). If your order has already been fulfilled and/or shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.
How long does it take before my order ships?
- Current processing times are 7-12 business days, however, your order could be shipped sooner. While we pride ourselves on a quick turn around, if your order is a rush, please make a note when checking out. Depending on the number of orders in queue, please note that we can not guarantee your order can be completed as a rush.
- Pre-order products may specify a different turnaround date in the product description.
Are your products safe for children of all ages?
- No. Some products contain small parts and could be considered a choking risk for children under 3. If a product is a choking hazard, there will be a notation in the product listing. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
- Lionheart Kids Co. will not be held responsible for injury or damages. By purchasing from this site, you accept liability once the product is out of our hands.
I want to place a custom order, but I have questions or do not see a colour option that I am looking for.
- Please contact me! I am happy to help with custom orders. Click the "Chat With Us" option or enter your information into our "Contact Us" fields.
Can a product be returned or exchanged?
- Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns. If you are unhappy with your product, please email us at lionheartkidscompany@gmail.com. Reference any issue(s) regarding your product and please be sure to include your order number.
Where are you located?
- Welland, Ontario.
Where are your products made?
- The majority of the products are made by Lionheart Kids Co.
- Our wooden toys are purchased as blanks and they are made in Europe. We choose this supplier because they are the best quality and handmade by artisans. The purchase of these blanks supports the makers, the owner of the blanks company (also a small woman-run business), and of course, our shop. They are then hand-painted by us!
- We also offer a variety of high-quality products from other talented small shops.
