Yoga Discs

These yoga discs are perfect for your little one when they need a stretch or want a fun way to get some exercise. Yoga is wonderful when your little one is over-stimulated, anxious or just needs to stop and focus on their breathing; as it is a calming, mindful practice.

Yoga poses are child friendly- but of course, an adult can even use this product! 

Set contains 30 high-quality, durable wooden discs - laser engraved with 30 different yoga poses and a cotton drawstring storage bag. 

These yoga discs are handmade in Canada by Tree Fort Toys. 

Ideas for Playing: 

• Take turns pulling a disc out of the bag and have fun showing each other how to do the pose.
• Practice taking a few big breaths in the pose before moving on to the next person.
• Create a string or flow of poses and place them in your favourite order on your yoga mat or the floor. Start with the first pose and take a few breaths in each before moving on to the next pose in your sequence.
• Group the poses by type - balance, stretching, strength, fun, meditation.
• Use your imagination and create your own games!

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth if necessary; do not submerge wooden products in water. 
• Feel free to enjoy these outside - we actually recommend it- but make sure not to leave them outside, exposed to the elements.
